When needed, I also collaborate with your contractor during design development so practical considerations can be identified before the direction is finalized.

Renovation Concierge
Guidance and organization from construction through completion.
Once the renovation is underway, I become your steady point of support—helping keep decisions, selections, communication, schedules, and project information organized and connected.
I coordinate with you and your contractor, provide regular progress updates and site observations, help track budget information and upcoming decisions, and bring questions or inconsistencies forward so they can be addressed. You stay informed and involved without having to personally manage every moving part.

A beautiful renovation doesn’t end when construction does. I help bring the rooms together with thoughtful furniture layouts and recommendations for furnishings, rugs, lighting, artwork, and accessories that complement both your home and the way you live.
I can also assist with sourcing, coordinate approved purchases and delivery information, and create a final styling plan so the completed spaces feel collected, comfortable, and distinctly yours.
